On the heels of their successful Shark Tank airing in March,where Mark Cuban joined the project with a $500K investment (congrats Dan &Caroline!), Overplay announced in late May their integration with Adobe Express.
The company’s Adobe Express add-on gives users a fullfeatured, full-powered video editing suite that exports directly to theOverplay app. After editing videos in Adobe Express, users simply open theOverplay app to make a game from their souped-up video!
Overplay also received backing from the Adobe Fund forDesign, a $10 million venture fund that supports emerging companies pushing theboundaries of creativity. Overplay’s multi-layered partnership with Adobe is atestament to their belief in Overplay’s vision and technology.
This momentum has driven additional funding interest in thefirm, which is now driving a second RegCF funding round at WeFunder, with almost $1M more raised.The next priority for the brand is the launch of collaborations with big brandpartners, which will involve the launch of ad revenue for Overplay.
